Hyosung GT650R and Kawasaki Ninja 650R Best performance bikes Hyosung GT650R and Kawasaki Ninja 650R Best performance bikes If you are looking for some serious hard core riding on the bikes, at a decent pricing then you can opt for the Hyosung GT650R or the Kawasaki Ninja 650R, as opposed to the Iron 883, by Harley Davidson, for the reason that it is used for more stress-free rides.

The GT650R featuring the high seats, the low placed handlebars as well as the back and high placed foot pegs is definitely racier, in appearance.

However, once the motor starts, then you get pretty harsh noises as well as some throbs, which continue to build up, beyond the 6000rpm up to your destination. If the engine had been smoother, then riding the bike would be a dream.

The 215kg vehicle is powered using a 647cc liquid cooled V-twin engine offering 73bhp@9000rpm. It also delivers the utmost torque of 61Nm@7500rpm.

The sports bike can manoeuver corners like a dream and it supports good brakes, as well. The front brake featured is the 300mm twin disc, while the brakes at the rear are the 230mm single disc. It claims it can cover 0-100kmph in 4.5seconds.

At the same time, it is not that easy to change directions, in a jiffy. Even though the GT sports a digital display, it however is of old style. It also supports adjustable front suspensions.

The ex-showroom cost of the vehicle in Delhi is reported to be about 4.7 lakhs rupees, while its competitor, Ninja650R here has an ex-showroom price of 4.6 lakhs rupees.

Made for going on tours, this comfortable Kawasaki Ninja 650R has relaxed seats and torquey engine, ensuring it is perfect for long rides.

650R is more of an everyday bike, offering high and widely placed handle bars, low placed seats, as well as its foot pegs and so on.

The engine is of course, more advanced than the GT. The engine displacing at just below 650cc is the same as the GT, also delivering 72bhp. However its torque offered is 66Nm@7000rpm.

Brakes at the front are the 300mm twin disc, even as its offered rear brakes are 220mm petal type single disc. It also can take 0 to 100kmph at 4.8seconds. The bike also features total digital display and offset mono shock. What it lacks in, is the handling.

The suspension also is not flexible on this ride. Nevertheless, the standard features common on both include the LED tail lamps, 160/60 17 inch rubber and such.

In terms of power, torque and cost, these both vehicles are similar, however differing in its characters. Kawasaki is a good commuter bike best for intercity rides, whereas if you love hard riding or is looking for real committed performance, then GT650R is the vehicle for you.
